Michelle's North Qld Charity Cycle Challenge
Dear Friends & Family,
Thankyou for visiting my page!
In September I will be madly cycling 250km over 3 days in far North QLD in the name of charity!!!
Training is underway and now I need your kind support to help children in need!
The charity I am supporting is Botswana Orphan project. There are currently 200,000 orphans in Botswana due to poverty and the HIV/ AIDS epidemic. The charity builds orphan centres that care for the children and their needs. You can learn more here: http://www.botswanaorphanproject.com
It would be awesome if you could make any donation, large or small, as it will go a long way towards helping the children!
I would also be extremely grateful for your support :-)
Lets change the world together!
‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Jesus. Matt 25:40

Botswana Orphan Project ( Helplink Australia Inc)
The Botswana Orphan Project is a non-profit entity focused on providing support for children orphaned by HIV/AIDS in Botswana. Since its inception in 2007 we have helped to build six orphan centres around the country. The orphan centres are focused on alleviating the burden on guardians by providing day care facilities and after school care. The centres also aid in breaking the cycle of poverty by feeding, ensuring they receive the appropriate health care and instilling a sense of self-worth in the children.
